About me
Jennifer Martin is a certified life coach, mindfulness instructor, writer, and certified Yoga Nidra facilitator, as well as a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis more than twenty years ago, she turned to mindfulness as a path toward healing, presence, and self-trust.Through her company, Journey Through Mindfulness, LLC, Jennifer has guided individuals, groups, and organizations in cultivating greater balance, ease, and resilience—especially during times of stress, uncertainty, and change. Her teaching gently invites participants to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the calm and steadiness available within. Originally from the East Coast, Jennifer lives in Arizona with her husband and their dog and loves spending time with her two daughters and son-in-law. She continues to write and teach about mindfulness, healing, and the quiet strength found in choosing authenticity.
