Jennifer Caraway is a seasoned entrepreneur and award-winning culinary leader known for creating scalable, heart-centered ventures that blend high-quality hospitality with deeply impactful community service. As the founder of The Joy Bus and The Joy Bus Diner, Jennifer has transformed her expertise in the food industry into a sustainable, dual-model organization—leveraging a beloved commercial restaurant to fund her nonprofit’s mission: delivering gourmet meals, educational programming and compassionate support to individuals battling cancer, all at no cost.
Recognized nationally for her innovative approach to service and enterprise, Jennifer is a Food Network Chopped Champion, recipient of the Mass General Cancer Center’s “The One Hundred” Award and PHX Magazine’s “Mover and Shaker”, among others. Her career spans decades of leadership in restaurant development, specialty foods, logistics and public engagement across the U.S. and Mexico.
