Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that supports deep rest and relaxation while remaining awake and aware. Often described as “yogic sleep,” this practice helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of spaciousness and ease. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and simply be guided—no movement or prior experience is needed.
